So many cons-wish I read reviews before renting. Cons The amount of fire alarm testing- January 2025, 3 within 2 weeks - was on midnight shift and got woken up all week. If you have newborn baby it’s a big problem to be testing fire alarms all week/month, over and over. Garbage chute- out of service ALOT Noise outside- I lived on 2nd floor facing the new building- noise started at 4am sometimes. Noise on WEEKENDS starts before 6am! Ok so I've lived on expo 2 several years. The concierge/ front is good during day. Weekend staff a little slow. The building is always pristine clean. expensive building. Management is ruthless to say the least. Not very accommodating. They should clean up bbq area which has been deteriorating since covid. But they continue to repair the round about which is usually a disaster. No one follows the road rules. The underground parking for extra parking is sky high price wise.
