Nephtali was easy to work with and very helpful in the process
great customer service, clear communication no problems with anything.
Nef was great. Very pleasant to work with. Love the minivan. Only negatives are: Not much room for price negotiation, Having some minor issues with the car probably due to the body work. Couple of unpainted spots. And the gas door is not opening properly because it rubs against the van body. It has to be pull hard away from the body in order to open it. Otherwise, buying a salvage title vehicle from Expo was an overall good experience.
I live in Prescott valley az and I was communicating with Neftali online. He was always available for questions and answered in a reasonable time. When we went into the office to purchase the vehicle the office staff was very friendly and accommodating.
