Great no BS gym with anything you could need for a good workout. Only complaints i have are the strongman equipment is locked up so you can't get to it unless you come during the busy hours and get lucky with the door being unlocked, and there's not a whole lot of space to actually move inside the gym so any kind of carry/sled work is basically impossible anyway
Basic black iron gym where you can bench press, squat, and deadlift. Use of chalk is allowed. 24 hour access with low monthly fee.
