In a world where customer service seems to be on the decline, this company store PUTS THE CUSTOMER FIRST and provides UNBELIEVABLE CUSTOMER CARE. My first engagement was in the Spring of 2024 when I had a water line break while on a fishing trip. I visited this store on a Saturday morning, and they found the small part needed and I was able to easily fix the issue and finish my trip. JAMES TIBBS, REMEMBER THE NAME!! 1 st time rv owner here. Mr. Tibbs has gone out of his way to answer every single question Ihad. . ALWAYS prompt with his replies, even after hours. H He assisted in getting me into the right RV for my n needs r and did not try to sell me or waste my time with a much more expensive unit! EVEN after a month of ownership, he is always there for us. Feels more like a good friend than a salesman!
