I visited ExploreUSA RV Supercenter on Hwy. 90 in San Antonio on Tuesday, 12/6/22 as I am in the market to purchase a RV. I was greeted by Ryan who promptly began to show me some of the RV's that I was interested in. Ryan walked about 10 feet in front of me the entire time and spoke to me over his shoulder as we walked the lot. He never once offered to aid me as I climbed up and down the unstable and slick aluminum steps to each RV. Its apparent from all these reviews yall care nothing about the customers. The seguin service department is by far the worst run orginaztion. I'd just appreciate a call from someone higher up so yall can fix the wrongs. They can't do an inspection and the customer has to find the parts so im not waiting around for months for a new one. Absolutely ridiculous
