BUYER BEWARE Legal proceedings commenced against Explorer RV Pty Ltd earlier this year relating to the purchase in July last year of a new 2024 caravan. Two independent weigh checks determined a tare weight well over 200kg heavier than the advertised tare weight making the caravan too heavy to be used and towed safely despite the assurance from Explorer RV that our vehicle would be suitable. Purchased our new Stargazer 3 months ago from Mark and Tony. Very happy with it, beautifully finished van . Took it back in September for its first service, checks done and nothing untoward. They also fitted a wood box and MPPT controller for a remote solar cell. Did a super neat job and we couldn’t be happier. Thanks again Mark and Tony. Jane and Denis Maguire
