We had the pleasure of dealing with a fantastic team today for a warranty job. They were incredibly friendly and helpful, even though we’re from out of state and didn’t buy the van from them. Our manufacturer arranged for us to go through them, and we’re so glad we did!
Too many problems & and once they have your many $$$$$ on our BRAND NEW VISCOUNT PREMIUM !!!!! CARAVAN,very shoddy work We paid for our own accomodation in Mandurah & there is obviously NO Quality Control & if so we would never have experienced all the dreadful problems we had from the day we drove out of your yard,to travel Australia,i'm happy to list them on here,to top it off when we found out very recently the Diesel smell was that your company drilled a bolt through the tank of the Diesel Heater leaked into the stoage ... read more
