The whole Benson family at Explorer are so lovely and very professional and would recommend anyone to head their way if looking to buy a van. We had a great experience at explorer, at no time did we feel pressured or feel pushed into purchasing. Tom gave us a very informative run down and purchase experience. We recently had our 10 month old Titanium caravan in for some warranty repairs at Explorer caravans. The service team listened to our issues, organised replacements and resolved all of our warranty issues. We were very impressed with the friendly and excellent customer service we received throughout the whole warranty process.
Everyone we dealt with at Explorer were super patient and helpful throughout the whole process. From multiple browsing sessions, to picking options and ordering, and a really thorough handover.
