If you want a bike store that can service and repair perfectly usable bike parts rather than pressure you to buy new components and pay to have them installed, take your business and hard-earned money somewhere else. Everything I heard from the staff while I was there was about what was easiest, cheapest and most profitable for them. If you want accurate information about everything bikes, great advice, great product selection, this is the spot. They’re super friendly, and everything they’ve got in store is a quality product. No junk, terrific bike shop.
I live in the Toronto area and have a camp in New Brunswick so am in Fredericton on a regular basis. I was recently looking for a resistence trainer online and found this shop so called and was so impressed with the friendliness and customer service of the person who picked up the phone I decided to drop in.
