I live in the Toronto area and have a camp in New Brunswick so am in Fredericton on a regular basis. I was recently looking for a resistence trainer online and found this shop so called and was so impressed with the friendliness and customer service of the person who picked up the phone I decided to drop in. I was recommended to go to Explore Velo for the customer service and the knowledgeable staff and they certainly did not disappoint. As a "newbie" on the bike scene they helped me understand the pros and cons of each of the bikes I test drove as well they did not try and oversell me on a bike outside of my budge which I really appreciated. Thank you to Kent for helping me out. I will be recommending others to come shop here for all their bike needs. Top tier service and support.
