I have purchased two binoculars ( alpen 8x42) from Explore. My wife and I didn’t want to share when we saw Alaska wildlife . The binoculars are amazing quality. The best thing about the company is I lost a lens cover this summer and contacted the company to order a replacement . They sent me one for no charge . Amazing product coupled with great customer support.

The service I've received from ExploreScientific is fantastic. A recent order had a small fault and they shipped a new one immediately. They also supply some of the best scopes out there - I own the 152mm APO refractor with the updated focuser and it's outstanding. They stand by their products and always provide feedback to me.
Received a telescope with a hand print on the inside of primary mirror, eye Peace adapter almost fell off when unpacking it ,and a bent bolt on the tripod adapter. Sent it back haven't heard anything from them on return. Sucks to get ahold of anyone there for information.
I purchased this telescope with high expectations. However, upon receiving the product, I was disappointed to find several issues. The telescope appeared to be used or refurbished, with visible scratches and dents. Additionally, the secondary mirror was damaged, and the base plate was only partially assembled, with several screws missing.
