Karyn Voevodin still has not returned my phone calls. I was very helpful in recommending a solid sale for Karyns portfolio, with people I knew that wanted to sell their property, but I was never contacted for help with my sale? I didn’t receive any Thankyou for the successful sale that I found for this agency.

Purchased a property through this company. I felt like the selling agent was very pushy and demanding most times we felt like being a first home buyer we should be ashamed of not being able to just have the money just to pay for the house instead of getting the loan. When asked how I knew I wanted the house and then explaining how gods lead me to this home. I felt as though I should feel ashamed to believe in him. Emma Nancarrow was very unpleasant. The lack of communication, the dismissive attitude, and the constant feeling that I was being brushed off made the entire process stressful and exhausting. I expected guidance and support, but instead I felt ignored and undervalued, like my time and money didn’t matter. Buying/selling/renting a home is already stressful enough, and the way this agent handled things only made it worse. I wouldn’t wish this experience on anyone — I walked away feeling taken advantage of and deeply let down.

We had a fantastic experience purchasing our investment property through Karyn at Explore. Karyn and Jack were both extremely helpful and professional the whole way through the process and we couldn’t be more grateful for the help and support they provided. Highly recommend!
