Bad experience!!! Didn't listen to the services I needed done. Came in for a break check, balancing and a tire swap. They didn't balance them and changed the incorrect tire. Told me my truck was ready, picked it up and drove it, the truck didn’t brake and noticed that the tire was not changed out. They give you the run around. Not doing the job correctly. DON’T RECOMMEND!!
Horrible experience. I got a 6" lift and tires on my brand new 2024 silverado here at Explizit. After 2 days the truck shaked horribly. They kept it for a week then said the tires are bad. The tires they sold me. I had to go buy new tires another 2500. Truck still shaked. I ended up having to trade it in. Took 3 months to get some of my money back on those brand new tires they sold me. Not even a full refund. Partial. Do not go here if you have a new truck they'll mess it up.
Great place, honest hard working people that get the job done right.
