Calia in the office was friendly and helpful despite my giving an incorrect phone number. She sent a email right away and even then they were able to get a service technician out the same day. Not my usual experience with folks in this industry. The technician Ricky was personable, knowledgeable and helpful and made the service experience great. I will call them again next time!
James helped us order filters and even showed me on my computer that I was ordering correctly.
Experts Heating and cooling to the rescue, AGAIN!!! They are always responsive, on time and fair with pricing. Ricky is the best. He always makes sure to leave the place clean and is very respectful when entering our rental property. I would recommend Experts for any of your HVAC needs without hesitation.
