I’m no expert but I would start at the front of my house and blow the dust towards the rear, I have a divided basement wall to my workshop in the front and I questioned the tech and he said it wasn’t necessary, so how is the dust he blew from upstairs going to be cleaned out at the front of the house when he didn’t drill access holes to blow it to the rear? I contacted this business to do a dryer vent cleaning as I explained to them the airflow had been low. They charged me $200 for the service but only cleaned the outside of the vent. When I asked if they needed access to the upstairs dryer to clean out the back of the dryer as well they explained their tools reached all the way to the dryer from the outside of the home. My dryer is still get a vent flow blockage alert. When I reached back out asking them to please come back and finish the job fully and clear the actual dryer ... read more
