I rarely ever write reviews, but this experience deserves one. I had a scheduled MRI appointment, and the first time they sent me home because of a delay. They rescheduled me — and now the exact same thing is happening again. I arrived on time for my appointment, and there’s no one at the front desk. Paramedic here: This is the most unprofessional imaging facility I have ever dealt with in two decades of my career. I am appalled by behavior that Lucy the manager has towards patient care.
