The receptionist and front desk staff were extremely rude and unhelpful. After I had to cancel my appointment because I was not informed that I needed to fast, they repeatedly called me for over a month, which felt excessive and harassing. I had last eaten at 8:00 AM and my appointment was at 4:30 PM, yet they still refused to see me that day and required me to reschedule. I must say for someone who is extremely chlostorphobic and has major anxiety this experience was by far the best experience ever!! Typically you go into a mri machine and lay down and have all these things that cause you to feel like everything is closing in as if you are in a box. Well here it was the opposite experience. They LOST my ID. Took it at the front desk to scan, never returned it, then lied and said it was “on my file.” When I came back, they couldn’t find it and told me to call again and come back AGAIN. No accountability. No urgency. Terrible attitude. This is pure negligence. If they can’t handle something as basic as returning an ID, I wouldn’t trust this place with anything. AVOID.
