Incredible experience!! I have severe claustrophobia. I came here because they have open seated mri. First to assist me was Bernie. Incredible service, very friendly and made visit very easy, he is great asset. Second was Sam, she assisted with MRI, I was still very nervous cause still little confined. Appointments are merely a figment of imagination here because they are consistently 40+ mins behind schedule. I’ve been here 3 times in the last two weeks for several MRI’s following a car accident. My first appointment they had me waiting 1 hour and 40 minutes PASSED my scheduled time, for 1.5 hours of scans. The next appointment I waited an hour passed my scheduled time. And my most recent appointment I waited 45 minutes. Go somewhere else.
Staff from the front office to the changing room to the MRI. Everybody was so nice.Polite, positive.Got me in there.And got me out of there in no time. If you have any issues with claustrophobia or just anxiety in general, they have all the answers and questions for you and are understanding, polite and happy to guide you to a good experience. Thank you guys!!!
If you're anywhere upwards of 200 lbs. you will not fit in their so called sit down MRI. Be careful because they will try to force you inside of it even you don't fit. They will anything to get that insurance money. Patients be damned!
The receptionist and front desk staff were extremely rude and unhelpful. After I had to cancel my appointment because I was not informed that I needed to fast, they repeatedly called me for over a month, which felt excessive and harassing. I had last eaten at 8:00 AM and my appointment was at 4:30 PM, yet they still refused to see me that day and required me to reschedule.
