RecommendedHonest and effective advice! Called to make an appointment and instead they sent me to Staples for an inexpensive part that completely fixed my problem. This was after a few hours on the phone with the manufacturer's support team, resetting the system, etc. and nothing worked. Will definitely use them in the future.
