I hired Expert Water Removal to address water damage in my kitchen and living room caused by a burst pipe. While the initial equipment setup was quick, my experience with the company’s business practices was extremely disappointing. When the equipment was installed on a Tuesday, the representative stated it would be removed on Friday following humidity monitoring. They came out on a Monday to measure for a small but URGENT mold removal job. I finally called on Thursday to see when I might receive an estimate and heard back Friday afternoon - they were just starting to look at the work to be done to create an estimate. I had to move more quickly.

Be careful with this company, if you use them make sure get everything in writing. They over charge us $4800 more. They will tell you they work with your insurance company and then they send me additional bill while we were negotiating with them. Next thing I know they put a lien on my house.Be Care
