Needed our kitchen sink plumbing replaced as granite countertop separated (repaired by Superior Granite): Tom (Owner) was quick to reply and send Adam (Plumber) out within in a day. The work was completed in an efficient and professional manner all parts were readily available on their service van. Adam did great job cleaning up the work area and ensuring no leaks were present. Tom quickly and efficiently addressed our needs. He's very knowledgeable and responsive. His experience and skills fixed our unusual plumbing issue without a big invasive repair. Also, his fees and charges are very fair. He will be our first call if we should ever have a future problem!
Be aware, Mr Paccone @Expert Touch charge by hour, $150/hour!! He didn't tell me up front, and I should ask upfront! Time is money!!!! This is my true story, I m telling the fact about my 80gl water heater. I called the Jack Dollar Plumbing 1st on Friday, and call again Sunday Night to make sure they come. Monday morning 8:10am I called but no answered. So, I called Expert Touch if he can come just in case.
