Be aware, Mr Paccone @Expert Touch charge by hour, $150/hour!! He didn't tell me up front, and I should ask upfront! Time is money!!!! This is my true story, I m telling the fact about my 80gl water heater. I called the Jack Dollar Plumbing 1st on Friday, and call again Sunday Night to make sure they come. Monday morning 8:10am I called but no answered. So, I called Expert Touch if he can come just in case.
