Exceeded expectations. Kept me informed in a timely manner. Expert advice given. My car was ready sooner than I expected. They even waited for me when I was delayed in traffic to pick up my vehicle. saving me a lot of inconvenience.

Avoid this place. I brought my cube van to Expert Tire (1871 Merivale Rd, Nepean) for an oil change, engine light check, and MTO inspection. Paid about $1000 and got the truck back in worse condition. Within minutes: Engine light still on Traction control flashing Steering wheel shaking while driving Oil change reminder not reset Clearly not properly test driven (which they later admitted).
