I've used them for Oil Changes, Tired, and State Inspections. All I can say is - excellent. Work has been on-time as promised, and pricing is good for a mechanic. I'm used to them trying to nickel and dime you for labor, but these guys were great. I needed new drums as part of the inspection, when I asked the cost to install, he said there is just a small adjustment fee, because they already pull them off for inspection. I have had nothing but good experiences here! They always go above and beyond in their work, answer all of my questions in terms I can understand, and give honest recommendations. One time I came in because my check engine light was on and they fixed the problem in 2 minutes and didn't even charge me! Whenever I get my oil changed, they give my car a full check-up and make sure I know the exact status of my tires/brakes/etc. so I don't have any surprise issues in the future. Love this place!

The customer dervice at ET is satisfactory. I have always been impressed with the courtesy that they display whenever I go there. Recently I had an appointment on a Saturday and got the car there at 7:00 AM. They did not look at it until late in the day and had to order a part which I was told would be there on Monday but was extended until Tuesday. I don't know many people who can do without their car for 4 days so be aware that they may drag their feet.
