The brief reason of the 1 start review is simple they just didn't care about my business. Second time that we noticed that purchases were not added correctly in our taxes causing us to pay thousands of dollars more that we should have. When we find out and pointed out to Mark Jugan. He reply to an email saying that they don't usually charge extra for amendments but since it was our fault for not given them permission to the accounts, we have to pay extra for it when they never ask for it or even do an update on the accounts ... read more
Martin is amazing ! Have been using him now for a couple of years and he never let's me down !! Called late yesterday and came out this morning and diagnosed the problem and was back with parts to fix this afternoon ! All for a very fair price and on a holiday weekend ! Will never use anyone else for Mt heat pump needs !
Mark, is amazing and knows his Taxes lol. Courteous, promp, professional, super intelligent, and a great sense of humor. I was truly impressed and this is where I'll be going to get my taxes done from now on. I truly recommend Expert Tax, oh and let me not forget the receptionist is amazing as well!
