Did a good job installing electrical outlets on time and efficient
Very disappointed in the service I received from Rich. I learned my lesson to never call from a sign with a “good deal.” It wasn’t worth it! Rich “cleaned” my tile grout twice and it looks as if it was never touched. The second time he was in my home, his equipment leaked and damaged my newly painted kitchen cabinets. I had it repaired and invoiced him and he never paid for it. He sold me a seal and warranty that I requested back however he unenrolled his Zelle account so I cannot request it. This company cleaned my floors.
Do not use this company for carpet cleaning. We bought a new house and just wanted a “refresh” on master bedroom carpet. This company ruined our carpet. Despite the owner Richard promising repeatedly to address our concerns and take care of us as customers he has ignore us repeatedly and now our carpet actually needs to be replaced. It is horribly stained with discolored streaking throughout the carpet. After many calls, he finally sent somebody out to attempt to address the issues, but it is beyond repair.
