Called and texted numerous times to schedule my annual grout cleaning that I prepaid for and have not heard back - was left on “read”. I’d like a refund on the prepaid service charge if you won’t be providing the service anymore

Very disappointed in the service I received from Rich. I learned my lesson to never call from a sign with a “good deal.” It wasn’t worth it! Rich “cleaned” my tile grout twice and it looks as if it was never touched. The second time he was in my home, his equipment leaked and damaged my newly painted kitchen cabinets. I had it repaired and invoiced him and he never paid for it. He sold me a seal and warranty that I requested back however he unenrolled his Zelle account so I cannot request it.
