Called Ron for hot tub servicing was told from 3-5 days he would call, never received a call back, when called Ron back he said he doesn't know how to fix this issue that is why he never called me back! waste of time
I spoke with Ron today on the phone and let me tell you about my experience. 1st of all I called because my spa is not working properly. I left a message for him to call back and schedule an appointment. About an hour later I got a call back from Ron himself(the owner). He explained to me that due to an unforeseen medical emergency he was unable to schedule an appointment for me at this time and was very apologetic. Ron was fantastic to work with. As soon as he came back from vacation he was able to fix our Hot Tub sooner than expected. Highly recommend.
