what a rip Seven weeks ago, a repairman came to fix my microwave. He was supposed to get a part and come back. I've called the business twice since then and the person I've talked to promises to call me back. Well, I gave the service person a check and they have not serviced the microwave. Beware when dealing with them. They are not honest...and that's being nice.

The BBB has given Expert Service an "F" rating A tech came out to check my freezer and he claimed the thermostat needed to be replaced. I gave him a $100 cash deposit with the understanding that he'd be back in 4 or 5 days. Two weeks later they still hadn't showed up so I called. A second tech came out and I questioned the process the first tech had used to diagnose the "problem" because it didn't happen again. Called them on the 15 of Feb they came out on 16 of Feb serg the worker put his head to the floor said there was a leak it would be 900 dollars to fix didn't pull fridge out to look behind it didn't even open refrigerator door was here all of 5 mins suggested we go to Cleveland and buy a used fridge

My dishwasher was not cleaning the dishes very well, I called Mike's Maytag here in Cleveland. Mike's Maytag contracts out there appliance work to expert services in Ooltewah TN. Their technician Kevin Came to my house on a service call told me that my dishwasher has a defective motor pump. A new pump assembly repair would cost $401.10 As it turns out I fixed my dishwasher myself it took less than one hour to fix all it was some food was stuck in the bottom at the drain inside the dishwasher.
