There is a saying that I have found very helpful: "If you think it's expensive to hire a professional... ... try hiring an amateur" I had some extensive siding repair work done by this company and they did a terrific job. They were professional, did high quality work at a fair price, and made recommendations that turned out to still bring compliments from family & friends to this day. Their "Sales Director" met me at my property back in February. I had asked for an estimate on Feb 6th after meeting with him and I still waiting on this. No one answers the phone, nor has anyone replied to my email.
Koalaty was great! They replaced all the siding on our home. We got a wonderful deal, and they did quality work. Communication was good throughout the project, and we felt like the work crews were respectful of our home.
Our house was a victim of vicious woodpeckers to the point that we needed to either do extensive repairs or replace the siding on a side of our house. Given the housing marker here, no one was willing to do only one side, and many others didn't even call me back. But Koalaty was quick to respond and responsive to our needs. Tom came out quickly and met with us several times to discuss what was going on and the options we had to fix the problem.
