I had a flood resulting from a toilet line burst in 2016; five years later and the carpet they used to replace my home’s existing carpet already looks old and is coming up at the seams (the much older carpet already in the house that wasn’t impacted by the flood is still in great shape). Only two of us live in the house, don’t wear shoes inside and no children so no excessive wear and tear. It started to became clear they did not use quality carpet after the third year; I now regret using them.

They were very quick to come out and help us. Pretty expensive company for the amount of work, but oh well. They were good to work with otherwise and had good connections to other builders and contractors. We really like their sister company that does the rebuilds.
