About the same skill level as the beginner weekend warrior. Had them remodel our bathroom and they tiled over the existing tile (although contract they were paid for stated they were to remove old tile), couldn't properly texture walls, did not reduce the the old raised area of paint after replacing the light fixture, failed to properly plum/bleed a new shower faucet, their door jig is crooked, and on-and-on.
