I've used a certain pool cleaning service a number of times for various tasks. They offer a great selection of filters for different pools as well as a comprehensive array of cleaning chemicals. I've always had a fantastic experience with their customer service - Jerry, Charles, and Pedro really go out of their way to assist you.
Expert Pool Care of Sanibel showed great professionalism. There was a time when i couldn't get through on my call, however, they took the initiative to return my call. I scheduled an appointment and they managed to move it up due to a cancellation. jerry was the tech who came to check out my issue. He did a detailed examination and located my pool leak, managing to fix it. He also proved to be very knowledgeable, providing me with useful advice on how to carry out other necessary pool repairs.
Our experience with Expert Pool Care of Sanibel was quite satisfactory. The quality of work delivered was impressive and the majority of the team exhibited professionalism. Initially, we had a bit of a hiccup with Jerry, who wasn't as efficient as we would have liked. i had a real mess on my hands with my pool, after trying out four different pool cleaning services. Then i found expert pool care of Sanibel, and my problems disappeared. jerry, pedro, and charles were the ones who sorted it out. They restored the chemical balance, cleaned everything up, and now they're maintaining it. They're always on time and very professional. My wife and i can't imagine using anyone else. Our pool has never looked better. I can't recommend them highly enough.
