Dropped two iPad air 5 off for screen repair on a Sunday, picked up on a Tuesday before I had to go to work. I live and work downtown Detroit. 5 minutes from my job they call me informing me that they gave me the wrong iPad and I had to drive back to pick it up making me late for work.
