We took an IPad in for a repair about 3-4 months ago. The place we usually go was closed on a Saturday and we were in a rush to get it repaired. We were having issues with the home button and they were able to fix it.....so we thought. I’m back editing my first review i had to bring my son iPad back TWICE the first time the first half of the screen went out brought it back they “fixed it” the next morning the whole screen went out ! They tried to fix it again i said ABSOLUTELY NOT ! It shouldn’t take Two times to get it right this was my first and LAST TIME !!

I got my PS5s hdmi replaced, and also paid for cleaning, but I still see plenty of dust visibly through the vents after recieving it. I was told the thermal paste was replaced at no additional charge, but I can't confirm that unless I take it apart myself. The reviews say that that the process is transparent and your informed about every step of the process. But when I scheduled to have my PS5 repaired the only information asked was my number. No name, no email, etc. I didn't recieve any call or text that my console was fini... read more
