The messages on here must be fake they probably telling you that they need more time to get rid of your problem. The chemical they use you can buy yourself and they do not do refunds not even have your money back. They making me have to take them to court. Been with them for seven months straight and they telling me that I need to start helping in my house not even a half a family size
