BEWARE!!! BAD BAD LENDER!!! I am very unhappy with the service I received and the way I was treated by Carol at Expert Mortgage Solutions. From the beginning there was a strong delay in communication and I should have backed away to begin with. On several occasions Carol would say she would get in touch with that day via email but I would not receive a call until two days later and not until after 9pm.
