Can not recommend Liz enough ! From start to finish she went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and really walked us through the entire process as first time home buyers. Working with Liz was by far the best decision we could have made. It is my firm belief that she is the reason that we were selected by the seller. Six months ago in spring and summer 2023, the market was crazy. We made several offers and were rejected. However, finally, we found our house. This was our third home in 36 years and we've been through a few re-fis over the years. too. We wish we'd have worked with Expert Mortgage for all of them. We decided to make an offer on a property after business hours on Friday. Given the timing, we did not expect to hear anything until Monday, but Liz called us that evening and then proceeded to get us pre-approved over the weekend.
