This company failed to provide services when they were needed. Now they won't stop calling saying "the nurse would like to come tomorrow," my father hasn't needed a nurse for 8 months now. When he did, they wouldn't send anyone. Now they continue to say we "refuse" services but how can we refuse services that were never offered. I asked them numerous times to stop calling and they continue to call and insinuate that we aren't taken proper care of our loved one.
