I had a very upsetting experience with Expert Medical Service. My 99-year-old mother began receiving repeated visits from different medical personnel that she never requested or needed. It appears her contact information was obtained without our knowledge, and these unsolicited visits have caused confusion and stress for our family. horrendous service!! ive been trying to get someone to see my 89 years father for 3 weeks! 6 messages later no one has got back to me! DISGUSTING!!!

This agency is horrible. They scheduled to see my mom twice and never showed up both times. Thank God my mom’s life doesn’t depend on the visit. They also have not been helpful in locating a provider to provide PT services in my mother’s home. They expect you or the insurance to do all the work. What is the point of this service??????? It’s horrible!!!

There is nothing “expert” about this agency. If I could give no stars I would. We were referred to them from a social worker and figured they would be a good choice for my father after coming home from rehab. They were unprofessional and said they would send a nurse to assess him and would call us the day of to give us a time if her arrival.
