There is nothing “expert” about this agency. If I could give no stars I would. We were referred to them from a social worker and figured they would be a good choice for my father after coming home from rehab. They were unprofessional and said they would send a nurse to assess him and would call us the day of to give us a time if her arrival. This company failed to provide services when they were needed. Now they won't stop calling saying "the nurse would like to come tomorrow," my father hasn't needed a nurse for 8 months now. When he did, they wouldn't send anyone. Now they continue to say we "refuse" services but how can we refuse services that were never offered. I asked them numerous times to stop calling and they continue to call and insinuate that we aren't taken proper care of our loved one. Expert Medical has truly been a godsend for my family & my father. The staff very helpful & compassionate and if there is a problem the staff gets it resolved. I would definitely recommend Expert Medical Services to family & friends.
I am excited to use them as Doctor as provider for my mom. They are great. Excellent if you wanna have your mom with the bus or your grandma or your sister or your brother or your daughter or your son, they are the one they are very helpful kind of respectful and find a way to help you with everything you need.
