Received a bill dated June 2024 for services performed in January 2024. It did not even show what it was for - had to check my calendar to verify what it was. The envelope it can in was hand addressed so almost tossed it as junk mail. In addition, portion to return did not list who to make payment out to if paying by check or the address to send it. Had to call to. Edify if same address as in most cases payment goes to a billing office address.

Wish I could give this zero stars. I received text and email confirmations for an appointment I made and when I showed up no one was there. The office was completely closed, and no one answered the phone or text message.

Booked an 8am appointment and waited until 9:20am, no one showed up. Called multiple times the day before and the day of, no one ever pick up. The appointment website clearly had 8am, 8:30am 8:45am as available slot. Had to give up waiting and go somewhere else.

Terrible customer service. This testing service recently migrated results to a Quest diagnostics app. I had a Friday afternoon test, was unable to contact Quest customer service until Monday and my results came back "quantity insufficient". This is a real fly by night operation.

They did it great job for doing the COVID test in the building. Also, they asked me very nicely for print out of the result of COVID test
