Nilton is an excellent boiler technician. He installed a brand new boiler for me, and it works perfectly. I have had other boilers installed in the past incorrectly. Having done my own research and gone through my own experiences, I now know whether a boiler mechnanic has the expertise to do the job properly. I can say 100% that Nilton has the expertise. I was referred to Nilton (aka Expert Mechanical) by a friend. Since that referral I have had Nilton replace my Air Conditioner and Furnace and he has completed my yearly cleanings. He is professional and knows HVAC very well. His prices are fair and I know that the jobs have been completed correctly. I feel that the Google Reviews have painted a bad picture of Nilton. He does great work and he runs a honest company. I have referred allot of my family and friends to Nilton and all have been very happy with his work.
Nilton S created an account in my name and sold the account to a collection agency. I was his tenant and took him to Ltb were he was told to pay me over 55 hundred dollars. He is as shady as they come and lives by his own rules. Stay away from him. Why would a renter need HVAC services?
This guy Nilton is a liar and a crook......dont trust him with your HVAC.
I've met few people like Nilton Sousa from Expert Mechanical Inc. Hes not a very good business man. He does not honour the contract between him and his customers. He agreed to perform the same services as my builder at the same price, then he came back with 2000.00 extra in charges. He then had the audacity to invoice me for another job that he did which was agreed as being part of the original quote.
