Best place to go to for any type of watch repair, battery replacement. Staff are always efficient and take care to make sure everything is done in proper order. Highly recommend.
Had two rings resized to the size the jeweler recommended. They fit a little loose on my girlfriend but figured maybe it was just a fluke. After a few days of it still falling off, I contacted them and they told me they would take care of me. Came in and was told I would pay the full price again to have them resized. It is not my fault the size you stated was the correct size, actually wasn’t. Or the ring was not sized down properly.
