I hired Expert Home Builders in Commerce to remodel 3 bathrooms, re-do my floors and some other miscellaneous items. I signed a contract with them and about 2 weeks later 3 men came to my house and demanded I sign a $60K change order. It was terrifying. I did not sign even though they threaten me for 4 hours to sign. I had the work they demanded I had done for the change order with another contractor that charged me under $2K. can’t say enough good things about Expert Home Builders. Our backyard remodel included a new pergola, built-in BBQ, and artificial turf for the kids, and it came out even better than the design plans. They were respectful of our time and schedule, and the project was finished right when they said it would be. I never really thought about it because I’ve always loved my wooden stairs just the way they are, all natural. But a few weeks ago my dog slipped on one of the steps and nearly fell. Luckily nothing serious happened but it really gave me a scare and made me realize I needed to do something to make them safer. My aunt suggested getting a carpet runner installed and here I am. Expert home builders did an amazing job, now going up and down is way safer and so much quieter. Plus the price felt totally fair. Definitely worth it
I had the retractable glass roof installed on my terrace last year, just yesterday they gave me a call to check in and ask how everything was going. Honestly, no other company had ever followed up with me like that, I thought it was such a thoughtful detail. The roof itself has been working perfectly through every season.
