So I went to Hearing Life in Salmon Arm to get custom moulded earplugs for my work as a tinsmith, and I must say the whole experience was pathetic. Getting the impressions was fine once they scheduled me in, but I felt a lot of "this is good enough" from their audiologist. Then it took twice as long as they promised for the earplugs to come and and they were the wrong model (vented versus solid). What a fabulous place to go. Valerie is a very nice lady as your greeted by her entering the office. I had my appointment with a lovely young gentleman named Justin. Wow, so thorough. He had a nice professional attitude and at the same time down to earth and honest. Great place to having your hearing checked. I'm an old cougar that has a hearing impairment so I consider myself a Def Leopard

Excellent service. Helped me with my hearing aid problem even though I wasn't a client. I have since switch to expert hearing and I've had great service.
