While visiting from Michigan I broke one of my hearing aids. I called Advanced Hearing Care, was encouraged to come in, received directions, and was greeted warmly by Alice, the receptionist, when my wife and I arrived. She not only repaired the broken hearing aid (in about 5 minutes), she also cleaned my right aid, all with a warm, good natured, and gracious manner. Thank you, Alice!

When it comes to hearing CARE this place is simply the best. They are courteous, respectful, and competent. They explain everything so clearly- and all follow up visits are no charge and there is never a wait. The office is beautiful and comfortable. Dr. Kelly is the greatest.
