My wife brought our older Toyota Sienna to Expert Hand Car Wash in Crystal Lake in early October of 2023. The person working there had to call someone who spoke English to take the order and there was no working phone number at the location. Worse than that, we were told the car would be done in 4 hours, then kept overnight, then 10 AM, then 2 PM. When we got it back, the car wreaked of damp mildew and everything was wet.
