Onboarding was awful. Company charges the highest rates (4-5%) and has numerous fees for every transaction. We routinely pay 60-100 seperate fees on 15-20 transactions.

This company charges some of the highest rates when compared to other comparable vendors. There customer support is horrible as well. If they do finally call you, they might leave a message without a call back number. Once somebody actually got back to me with a rate review, I had already had another company in place and started saving money immediately.
