Jesse from Expert Glass went above and beyond to help me when I had issues with my warranty on my Jeep windshield. He was forthcoming and up front about the differences in the windshield my warranty covered versus what I originally had. He showed me the difference and also spoke to my husband on the phone. For once, an honest person. Those are hard to find. Thank you.
Top-notch. Another glass company made multiple mistakes when replacing my windshield, and this one took over under insurance warranty. I should've gone to them to begin with. From dealing with Kari behind the counter to the 2 men who actually worked on the car, the end result was excellent. They were courteous and professional, getting the job done right. Super frustrating. I paid these crooks $267(this follows me seeing them charge way less for a newer SUV of the same brand much cheaper) just for them not properly reseal my windshield, put a chip in my windshield, break my rear view mirror, not properly putting my column mounted guages put back correctly, say they were going to fix it free of charge and then charged me ANOTHER $267 for a brand new windshield.
