excellent through the whole process from site visit to quote to installation. Good communication and follow up post installation, I had some questions that were resolved within 24 hours.
Excellent service from initial consultation to commissioning of the system. Had a full solar/ battery system installed. Of the three companies I contacted, these guys responded within 12hrs, the others took 7 and 10 days. Expert Electrical were the only ones to do a site visit and discuss what I wanted and what they thought would be best to achieve that. Extremely good support throughout process, starting with a very comprehensive in-home consult resulting in multiple options, assistance navigating the application and incentive schemes, and excellent after-installation support. There was a waranty issue with some of the hardware I purchased, and EE went above and beyond to resolve the matter, eventually upgrading me to better products at no additional cost. They were also very considerate of my hearing difficulties!
Our experience with all the team at Expert Electrical was excellent from beginning to end. My initial enquiry was responded to promptly, we received a very competitive quite, the booking and ordering process was explained and we ultimately had our solar battery installed earlier than expected. The installation went smoothly and the system is operating as expected. Follow up was good and I would highly recommend Expert Electrical.
