Sent my Phantom 4 Pro in for a repair. Expert Drones found the problem and sent me back my drone via UPS insured. I never got the drone back as it was stolen. FYI- They mark the words “drone” all over the package so anyone can steal it. UPS cut a check to their parent company in NY. Had Numerous phone calls with Mohammed and they weren’t able to get me my money back on an insured drone. 8 months later- I’m out a $1500 drone.

Took almost 3 months for my drone repair to be completed. Not only that it cost 650 dollars which is an absolute ripoff. I would recommend to send your drones to FortressUAV in Texas. They don't charge the ridiculous $129 to diagnose and they are easily half the price for repair!

Edit... after being told the drone could be repaired..the wait time was a few weeks longer than anticipated... I had it mailed back right away. I paid $100 for them to diagnose the problem... yet they won't tell me what that problem is.... gotta be a better company out there.

I use my drone for my work. This being the case one could imagine that its care is of utmost importance to me as the costs of drone is still excessive. After crashing my DJI Phantom 4 so severely that there were pieces I couldn't find afterward, Expert Drones got it back up and running and it was back in my hands 4 days later. It looks brand new, and while I am still not able to test fly it on site (thanks D.C. Gov't...) I have every confidence that it will work like a dream.
