Horrible customer service! From the moment I walked in, I was received with horrible attitude by one of the employees there. She asked me a question that I simply didn't understand and when I proceeded to ask her to repeat her question, she completely disregarded me. My mom being there with me, she asked my mom who was getting a haircut. My mom approached her and asked her to repeat the question she had previously asked me and with an unnecessary disrespectful tone, she repeated it. I have been coming for years and Lenzie is amazing! The owner will go over and beyond to help! My boys and whole family go here! Affordable and helpful!

Go elsewhere. A stylist made a mistake on my hair and barely offered to fix it. My bangs were uneven and looked butchered. She was so rude and did not apologize. If you want a fair and honest haircut place this is not it. Very disappointed

I signed in at 5:10, they close at 7pm. They never asked me what I was there for. Made me wait for 45 minutes then said we can only do a cut. Wth? The two ladies are so fat they couldn't even walk right or stand up straight. Glad I didn't get the cut.

Avoid! Horrible customer service. Had an issue with my hair cut and was given nothing but excuses and no apology. Essentially accused me of lying. Worse yet, the owner couldn't be bothered to call me back.
