Everything goes smoothly until you pay, need them to finish a job, and they're nowhere to be found. Unresponsive and refuse to return phone calls. They left an overhang on the cabinets and now the stove doesn't fit. Unacceptable.
From the very beginning Expert Countertops have been a breeze to communicate with. Junia answered my millions of questions promptly, included pictures, and detailed estimates. Alex is a true professional with measuring and including you in the layout if you want to participate. The installation couldn't have gone smoother and they're nice as can be. Highly recommend for customer service alone but also cannot beat the pricing.
