I was a walk-in and was so lucky Susan was able to fully bleach my incredibly difficult and thick hair. It came out so stunning, the most beautiful shade of blonde I could have ever asked for. Susan was kind, knowledgeable, and hard-working! She made sure I left with the perfect results, my hair had zero breakage. I’m so happy 10/10

When I talked w/susan owner, she told me 3 p.m. is fine but she didn't bother writing that down in a log as I stold there, arrangeing my appt., for nexted day at 3 p.m... But--as I saw inside her expert salon...she was busy with another customer, and as I thought to myself...she is going to slip/forget me while working on another... ...." The best colorist in the San Fernando Valley, hands down!!! They know how to address stubborn hair, damaged hair and also discolored hair! Stylist Susan and Cathy are phenomenal with their years of experience! Angel is amazing, she has the right touch! Bahar is glorious! Sherri is very professional and helpful! All these woman have worked on my hair and I haven’t had a single complaint! Amazing service and wonderful conversation. 💯💯
