Todd did a fantastic job cleaning my sofa and a very well trafficked part of my apartment’s carpets. As part of his intake, Todd considered everything from the fabric compositions of the carpet and sofa to my scent sensitivities. He was thorough, professional, and followed up after the cleaning. Todd clearly takes pride in his work and it shows.
Expert Clean and Green took “expert” care of my three sixty-plus-years-old Karastan rugs that belonged to my aunt. Todd returned them in pristine condition; especially happy with the cleaning since my Irish Wolfhound also loves these rugs! I recently had a rug cleaned and couldn’t be happier with the experience. It had some pretty tough pet stains, and he was honest in recommending a deeper treatment at their facility to get the best results. While he was here assessing everything, he gave me a very reasonable quote to clean my other rugs too. He also shared helpful tips on protecting both the rugs and the floors underneath, like using rug pads and moisture barriers to prevent future issues. We only wish we could give more than five stars because Todd’s work was so excellent. He communicated in advance, arrived on time, explained exactly what he would be doing and the price (quite reasonable), worked so hard and efficiently, and respected our home and belongings. If only every business followed his standards! Our carpeting is years old but now looks almost new. Till next time, thank you.
