I spoke to the receptionist about getting our chimney inspected and having our gas fireplace logs cleaned on a Friday. By 9am Monday, Charlie was on the job impressing us with his workmanship. We inquired about air duct cleaning and he was able to do that for us the same day by having his schedule switched around.
