Expert Charlston-Adir did an amazing job with our carpet cleaning and pet odor treatment. Sebastian carefully checked every problem area in the carpet and quickly understood what was causing the lingering pet urine spots from our two cats. He removed part of the carpet, replaced damaged padding, and deep cleaned and sanitized underneath where the main odor issue was hiding. That was the part no one else had been able to find before. I had to reschedule a couple of times, and they were very understanding the whole way through. On the day I needed my carpet cleaning service, they called to see if they could arrive a little early. I was at work and could not get to the key, so they kindly offered to pick it up. The spare key was at my new house, and they went out of their way to grab it and keep everything on schedule. Dillon came to clean our upstairs carpets and arrived right on time within the window we requested. After a quick introduction and a few helpful questions about the carpet condition and high-traffic areas, he measured everything and gave us the full price up front. i wasn’t in a big rush to schedule carpet cleaning, but with Expert Charlston-Adir i only waited a few days. We have 2 large dogs that go in and out all day, so they bring in plenty of dirt and leave a lot of hair in the carpet, which can make the job a real challenge. michael called ahead with an estimated arrival time, showed up on time, and was very polite.
