My carpets look fantastic! Michael was thorough, arrived right on time, and the prices were very fair. I needed two small living rooms cleaned, and even though the total area was just at the minimum service size, he kindly included my stairs at no extra cost. The carpets had stains from puppy accidents and daily foot traffic, but after the cleaning, they looked as fresh as when we first moved in. Expert Charlston-Adir did a fantastic job steam cleaning our carpets. Michael came out and managed to get rid of a stubborn sticky spot that we couldn't remove ourselves, saving us from having to replace or patch that area. He also pointed out that our grout was much darker than it should be, and after cleaning, it matched our walls really well, which was a nice surprise.
